Forex Volatility Levels indicator determines the High and Low prices
over the time frame, from which it builds three levels of volatility
up and down respectively. Volatility characterizes the extent of
price fluctuations compared to a simple average.

two types of calculation. The strike level determines whether high /
low prices touch previous / current levels.
Note
that in the zero bar (DATABAR = 0) the indicator can redraw the
levels, but there will be no redraw in the first bar (DATABAR = 1).
